Timer People
The CRM your work fills in.
Timer People is the CRM inside Timer. It keeps your contacts, companies, deals and pipelines, and your meetings, email, forms, tasks and invoices land on the right person by themselves, so the record is current without anyone typing it in. Pallas, Timer's AI, works it in plain words.
01 It fills itself
Your other work keeps the record current.
- MeetingsA booking creates the person, or finds them. The meeting goes on their record, and so does a reschedule or a cancellation.
- EmailEvery email, on everyone in the thread. Sent and received from Timer's inbox, logged without a click.
- FormsWhoever fills in a form becomes a contact. With their answers kept.
- MoneyTasks, invoices and payments are tied to the person and the deal. And last met, number of meetings and last contacted are worked out from what actually happened, never typed.
02 Everything a CRM should do
Contacts, companies, deals, and your own way of working.
- PipelinesAs many as you need, with your own stages. Values, owners, won and lost, and the numbers on the whole pipeline.
- AutomationsWhen a deal reaches a stage, the next step happens. A task for the owner, a draft for the client, a reminder for later.
- AI scoreEvery deal scored on how likely it is to close. With the next best action beside it.
- Your fieldsCustom properties, roles, lead types and saved views. Shaped to how your business already sells.
- Clean dataDuplicates found for you, with the reason they match. Merge them in one click, and undo a merge if you need to. Export everything whenever you want it.
- Deals that billInvoices and payments from the deal itself. And a proposal drafted from what you agreed.
03 Pallas works it
Ask for it the way you would say it.
“Who haven't I spoken to in a month?” “Move Halden to proposal.” “What did we promise Marta?” Pallas finds people and companies, updates a record, moves a deal, logs what happened and tags who matters. Before a meeting it prepares a brief from the person's meetings, deals and notes. When a follow-up is due it writes it, and you decide whether it goes.
04 It notices
The deal that went quiet does not stay quiet.
- StalledA deal with no movement for two weeks gets a nudge. So does a payment past due, or a contract term that ended with no renewal. A client who is paid up is left alone.
- Going coldRelationships cooling off are flagged. Before the client notices that you stopped calling.
- Every dayNew duplicates are caught as they appear. So the list stays one person, one record.
05 Bring what you have
Keep your old CRM's history. Or leave it.
HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive connect, and their contacts, companies and deals are read into your company's memory, so Pallas answers from that history too. Moving over entirely is an import from a spreadsheet or LinkedIn, with a preview of how every column maps, and an undo.
06 One memory
A contact is not a row. It is everything you know about them.
Open a person and the record and the story are together: the meetings, the notes from each call saved on the contact, the emails, the deals, and what changed since you last looked, each with where it came from. Because Timer People sits on the same memory as the rest of Timer, the CRM is not one more place to keep up to date. It is where everything you already do comes together.

08 Questions
Questions about Timer People.
What is Timer People?
Timer People is the CRM inside Timer: contacts, companies, deals and pipelines, kept current by the rest of your work. Meetings, email, forms, tasks and invoices land on the right person by themselves, and Pallas, Timer's AI, works the record in plain words.
Is it a full CRM?
Yes. Pipelines with your own stages, custom fields and saved views, automations, an AI score on every deal, import with a preview and an undo, duplicate detection and merging, invoices and payments from the deal, and full export.
Do I have to type everything in?
No. A booking creates or finds the person and adds the meeting, email is logged on everyone in the thread, forms can add new contacts, notes from each call are saved on the contact, and figures such as last met and number of meetings are worked out from what actually happened.
Can I bring my contacts from HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive?
Yes. Connect them and their contacts, companies and deals are read into your company's memory, or move over entirely with an import from a spreadsheet, with a preview of how each column maps and an undo.
Does the AI change my records on its own?
Pallas makes the changes you ask for. Suggestions, such as filling empty fields from research, are proposals you accept or reject, and nothing is sent to a client until you approve it.
Is Timer People a separate product?
No. It is one of the apps in Timer, on the same memory as everything else, so the CRM knows what happened in your meetings, your inbox and your projects.
