Get fundable. Then get funded.
The frightening part of raising is not the pitch. It is knowing what you are supposed to have before you pitch, and nobody hands a founder that list.
01 The part nobody says
The scariest part of raising is not the pitch.
It is the preparation. Knowing what a fundable company is supposed to have, in what shape, before anybody will take you seriously. Nobody hands a founder that list, so most people assemble it from advice, guesswork and whoever they last had coffee with.
The pitch is one hour. Getting ready for it is the other three months.
02 The easy part now
Argo turns the preparation into a form you fill in.
This is the whole point of it. Argo already knows what a fundable company at your stage looks like, and it already knows your company, so the gap between the two stops being a mystery and becomes a list.
Everything a founder is supposed to already know, written down and put in order.
03 The gate
And it will not let you go out before you are ready.
That is the promise behind the preparation. Until you clear the line, outreach stays shut.
Every criticism comes with the evidence behind it, quoted from your own materials, so you can fix it rather than argue with it. And you can overrule it: Argo records that you did, and carries on. It is a gate, not a jailer.
A first meeting only happens once. A fund you burn cold in March is not available again in September, which is why being told the truth early is worth more than being encouraged.
Warm and unflinching. It will tell you the thing your friends will not.
04 Contradictions
Your deck and your model disagree. Somebody is going to notice.
Better us than them.
Argo reads across everything you have put in front of it and surfaces the places where two of your own documents say different things. The headcount on slide nine against the one in the plan. Last year's revenue in two shapes. A market size that moved between drafts.
05 The list
A list built from what Timer already knows about you.
You will not describe your company into a form. Timer has been in the room for every meeting you have had.
Argo builds the target list from your actual stage, sector, traction and story, and scores each funder against them with its reasoning attached. Duplicates are merged, and a name it cannot stand behind does not make the list.
06 Warm paths
The best intro is one you already have.
Argo looks through the people your company actually knows and finds the route to the fund, before it considers a cold one.
A warm path is the default and cold is the fallback, which is the opposite of how prospecting software normally behaves. A raise is not a volume game. There are a few hundred funds that could plausibly say yes, you get one shot at each, and partners talk to each other.
Volume is a strategy for selling. It is a way to lose a raise.
07 The data room
A data room that tells you what they actually read.
Built from documents you already have, shared by link, and watched.
You will know that the deck was opened, that the model was opened twice, and that nobody has touched the cap table. That is the difference between guessing where you stand after a meeting and knowing.
08 The AI currency
Reading a company is expensive. Once.
Assessing your materials, reading a market, scoring a hundred funds and drafting the follow-ups is real work, and most tools would meter you into silence for it.
Timer has one currency: Pallas Minutes, PM. The same balance pays for the assessment, the list, the drafts, the transcription of every investor call and everything else you do that month. Your plan includes PM, and when a heavy week needs more you top up in seconds.
An allowance you cannot extend is not a plan. It is a deadline.
09 Cost
Argo comes with Max.
Not a success fee, not a percentage of what you raise, and not a per-introduction charge. Nobody takes a cut of your round.
