The organizational memory layer
Own your intelligence.
Owning your intelligence means your company controls what its AI knows, the context it works from, the rules it follows, the models it runs on and how it improves, and keeps all of it when people, tools or models change. Timer is how a company does that.
Rent the models. Own the intelligence.
For companies of 50 people or more.
01 Memory
Your history stays yours.
- EverythingEvery conversation, document, customer, project and decision, in one memory. Not in pieces across a dozen vendors' databases.
- ProvenanceEvery fact keeps its source and two dates. When it became true, and when your company learned it. A correction never rewrites history.
- WhereKept in the European Union, isolated per organization. And never used to train anyone's models.
02 Context
Your AI works from what your company knows.
A model on its own knows the world, not your business. Pallas, Timer's AI, reads your company's memory before it answers or drafts: the signed proposal, the call last Tuesday, the customer's history. It shows what it read, and every answer names its source and its date. The context is the difference between a clever answer and the right one, and the context is yours.
03 Rules
You decide what your AI may do.
- AllowedWork covered by a mandate goes ahead. Each action traces back to the person who set its bounds.
- HeldAnything beyond it waits for a person. The right person, with the context to decide.
- RefusedWhat has no authority does not happen. Every answer is kept on a record your organization owns.
04 Models
Any model. The same intelligence.
Models improve every few months, and prices and terms change with them. Timer is not tied to any of them. Each task goes to the frontier model best suited to it, and when a better one arrives, it is measured against your own past work before it takes over. Your memory, your rules and your tests never have to be rebuilt, because they never belonged to the model.
05 Learning
It gets better at your work, and you can prove it.
- CorrectionsEvery correction a person makes can become a test. A record of what good work means for your company, written by the people who do it.
- MeasuredEvery improvement is measured before it ships. Against your own past work, with cases held back so a result is never just memorized.
- GovernedNothing changes in production without a person's approval. Every release is versioned, and the previous one is one step away.
06 Freedom
Ownership includes the exit.
Something you cannot take with you is something you rent. Your memory, your rules, your tests and your history export in full whenever you want them, readable without Timer. We would rather keep you because Timer is worth staying for than because leaving is hard.
07 The difference
Renting AI, or owning your intelligence.
| Question | Renting AI | Owning your intelligence |
|---|---|---|
| Where the knowledge lives | In each vendor's tool, in pieces, on their terms. | In one memory, with its sources and dates, kept in the European Union. |
| When the model changes | Prompts, habits and results start over. | The engine changes. Memory, rules and tests stay, and the new engine is measured against them. |
| When someone leaves | What they knew leaves with them. | What they knew stays, credited to them. |
| Who decides what AI may do | The vendor's defaults. | Your mandates: allowed, held for a person, or refused, on your record. |
| What gets better over time | The vendor's model, trained on everyone. | Your AI at your work, from your corrections, measured and versioned. |
| When you leave | An export of rows, if any. | Everything, in full, readable without Timer. |
08 Questions
Questions about owning your intelligence.
What does it mean to own your intelligence?
It means your company controls what its AI knows, the context it works from, the rules it follows, the models it runs on and how it improves, and keeps all of it when people, tools or models change. The models can be rented. The intelligence built on your own work is yours.
Do we have to train or host our own AI model?
No. Timer uses the latest frontier models, chosen per task, and keeps what makes them useful to you, your memory, your rules and your tests, under your control. Where it makes sense, a specialized model can be added later, but ownership never depends on it.
What happens when a better model comes out?
Timer adopts it. Your memory, rules and tests stay as they are, and the new model is measured against your own past work before it takes over.
How does our AI get better at our work?
Every correction a person makes can become a test of what good work means for your company. Improvements are measured against those tests before they go live, approved by a person, versioned, and can be rolled back in one step.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your memory is kept in the European Union, isolated per organization, and never used to train anyone's models. It improves only your own AI.
How is this different from owning our memory?
Owning your memory means the record of what your company knows is yours. Owning your intelligence goes further: the rules your AI follows, the models it runs on and how it improves are yours too. Memory is where the intelligence begins.
