Timer is the same organizational memory larger companies run on, made for a clinic, a salon, a studio or a shop. Sixty connected apps, Pallas (Timer's AI) working across all of them, and apps your own customers open to book, order and pay.

01 A day, connected
Watch one booking travel.
In most small businesses this is six tools and a lot of copying. In Timer it is one record, seen through whichever app needs it.
08:12
Clinic app Your own app
A new patient books a check-up from her phone and fills in the health form at home.
Memory now knows patient, slot, health form
08:12
Calendar Included
The slot appears in the dentist's day. Nobody retypes it.
Memory now knows the appointment
08:50
Pallas Timer's AI
Ten minutes before, Pallas prepares the brief: first visit, allergic to penicillin, found you on Instagram.
Memory now knows why she came
09:00
Meetings Included
The consultation is transcribed, and the treatment plan is written from what was actually said.
Memory now knows what was decided
09:40
Invoices and Payments Included
The invoice is drafted from the plan. She pays on her phone before she reaches the door.
Memory now knows what was paid
March
Reminders Included
The recall goes out when it is due, and she books again from the same app.
Memory now knows when she is due
Nobody copied anything. Every app read the same memory, and each one made the next one smarter.
02 Vibe code your app
Vibe code the app your customers open.
Describe it in your own words. Forge, Timer's AI app builder, builds it on your memory, so it arrives connected: the booking lands in your calendar, the form in the patient's record, the payment in your invoices.
You type
An app where patients book a check-up, fill in the health form at home, and pay on the way out.
No code. You describe it, you try it, you ask for changes.
It acts. It takes the booking, the form and the deposit. It is not a brochure.
It arrives connected. Nothing to wire up, because it runs on the memory you already have.
Connecting sixty apps is easy to say. Here is what it takes.
E1
One memory, not sixty databases
Every app writes to the same governed memory. There is no sync to break, because there is nothing to sync. The invoice already knows the visit; the reminder already knows the invoice.
E2
Facts ranked by where they came from
A signed consent outranks a chat message. When two things disagree, the older one is marked superseded, never quietly averaged, so the answer you get is the one that holds.
E3
Pallas proposes, you decide
Pallas drafts the reply, the invoice, the recall. You choose what it may do on its own; everything else waits for your approval, and every action is recorded under Timer Seal.
E4
Your customers' apps write back
An app built with Forge is not a separate website with its own spreadsheet. The booking, the form and the payment land in the same memory as everything else you run.
60+connected apps
1memory under all of them
EUhosted, never used to train AI
5research papers behind the design
Built to the Human Layer Framework: five papers on keeping people in charge of the AI they use. A ten-person clinic gets the same discipline a bank would ask for. Read the research
04 What it replaces
One subscription instead of nine.
Keep your tools on day one: Timer reads Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Drive, Slack, WhatsApp and Zoom as they are. When a subscription renews, let it go.
No. The same memory runs a one-person practice and a ten-person team, on monthly plans with no contract. Larger organizations take Enterprise.
Can my customers book and pay through Timer?
Yes. A booking page comes with every plan, and on Pro and Max you can vibe code your own customer app with Forge: they book, order, fill in forms and pay, and everything they do lands in your memory.
Do I have to move all my tools?
No. Timer reads the tools you already use as they are. Replace them one at a time, when each subscription renews, if you want to.
Is there a phone app?
Yes. Timer for iPhone and Android carries the same memory as the web, with Pallas built in, and there is a Timer extension for Chrome.
How do I get started?
Tell us who you are and what you run on the Get started page. A person sets up your account with you, and you start on the plan that fits.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. Everything you created is exportable, always, at no cost.
The future belongs to organizations that remember.
