Vibe coding was the easy part.

Every vibe coding tool can generate a screen. None hands you the business behind it. Forge, Timer's AI app builder, makes apps that arrive connected.

01 The wall

Why does every AI app builder stop at the screen?

Because vibe coding solved the screen. Everything behind the screen is the part it did not touch.

THE DEMOThe first ten minutes are magicYou describe an app, and something appears that looks exactly like the thing you wanted. This is where the video ends.
THE DATAThen it asks where the data goesStand up a database, wire the auth, decide who may read what. You wanted a tool, and you have a weekend of plumbing.
THE RESTAnd it cannot reach your businessIt has no idea who your customers are, what they were invoiced, or what was agreed in the meeting. It is a shell with your logo on it.
THE BILLWhile the credits drainEvery regeneration costs, and the ones that produced nothing usable cost the same as the ones that worked.

Anyone can vibe code an app now. Almost nobody can connect one.

02 Connected

Where does the data actually live?

In Timer, where it already is. A Forge app is not a new island that needs filling. It opens on the business you already run.

Your customers are already in People. The invoices are already raised, the documents already filed, the meetings already transcribed. A Forge app reaches all of it on the day it is built, because it is built on the same tools Pallas, Timer's AI, uses.

202tools an app can call on the day you build it, from contacts and deals to invoices, documents, bookings and files
0databases to stand up, because your data is already here
0integrations to buy, because there is nothing to integrate

Other builders hand you an app and a to-do list. This one arrives wired.

03 Quality

Does it work, or does it only look built?

The complaint every vibe coding tool earns eventually: a beautiful screen with buttons that do nothing.

A Forge app is judged on whether it acts. A button that says Send the invoice raises the invoice. A form that captures a lead puts a person in your CRM. The app is checked against the real shape of your data as it is composed, so the fields it binds to are fields that exist.

IT ACTSButtons that do the thingNot a mock. The action runs against your account, under your permissions.
IT BINDSTo your real fieldsComposed against the actual shape of your data, not a guess at what your data might look like.
IT ASKSPallas is inside itThe app can think, not just display. Ask it something and it answers from your account.

04 What to build

What can you actually build with Forge?

An app other people open. Your customers book, pay, sign and follow along in it, on your brand and at your own address, and what they do lands in your business already filed.

BOOKINGThey take the slot themselvesThe table, the chair, the check-up, the desk. Paid for, confirmed, and off your phone.
PAYINGThey pay inside the appDeposit up front or balance on collection. The invoice raises itself either way.
SIGNINGThey sign before they arriveConsent, contract, terms. Done at home rather than on a clipboard in your doorway.
FOLLOWINGThey see their own thingTheir case, their job, their trip, their child's day. Only theirs, and nobody else's.
ASKINGThey can ask it questionsPallas is inside the app, so it answers them from your account instead of paging you.
RETURNINGThey come back to itIt remembers them, so the second booking takes one tap and no typing.

Your customers use it. Your business gets the booking, the payment and the record, already filed.

05 Cost of building

Why do the credits run out before the app does?

Because most builders charge you per attempt, and the attempts that failed cost the same as the ones that worked.

Timer has one currency: Pallas Minutes, PM. The same balance that pays for your meetings, your documents and your prospecting pays for building apps and for running them. There is no separate builder subscription, no seat to buy for a colleague who wants to open the app once, and no upgrade page between you and a second attempt.

An allowance you cannot extend is not a plan. It is a deadline.

06 The delivery

What does Forge actually hand you?

Not a repository and a set of instructions. A working thing, with everything under it already in place.

THE INTERFACEScreens people can useOn your brand, laid out properly, and working on a phone without you asking for a mobile version.
THE BACKENDData, storage and logicRecords, files, lists and the rules between them. There is no database for you to choose, size or pay for.
THE PERMISSIONSEveryone opens it as themselvesYour team sees what they are allowed to see. You do not build a login screen or decide how passwords work.
THE CONNECTIONS202 tools, wired on day oneContacts, deals, invoices, documents, bookings, files and the rest, callable from the app the moment it exists.
THE ADDRESSA link that worksNothing to deploy, no server to keep alive, no certificate to renew. It is live when it is built.
THE BRAINPallas, inside the appSo it can answer, decide and draft, on your account, rather than only display what it is given.

Six things, and you asked for one of them.

07 Sharing

Can other people actually use what I build?

An app nobody else can open is not an app.

Publish an app to your team and they use it as themselves, on their own permissions, seeing only what they are allowed to see. Publish it to the Timer store and other businesses can install it and run it on their own data, never on yours.

Publishing to the phone app stores is next, so a tool you built for your team can become a product other people buy.

10apps you can have live at once on Max
10builds a month, so iterating is not a purchase decision
250people who can use what you build, without buying any of them a seat

08 Cost

How much does Forge cost?

€179 a month, included from Max upward. Not a separate builder subscription, not a per-app fee, and not a seat for every person who opens it.

Max€179/moTen apps, ten builds a month, and the whole of Timer underneath them.
