# Timer > Timer is building the Organizational Memory Layer for enterprise AI. It provides organizations with persistent, governed memory that connects people, AI systems, software and business operations - so that instead of rebuilding context for every interaction, organizations continuously accumulate institutional knowledge. Timer is a Portuguese enterprise AI infrastructure company (Lisbon, founded 2025, commercial since January 2026).
